2022-27 Strategic Plan

The strategic planning process included determining an engagement strategy; conducting a current state assessment; engaging students and staff in various sessions and methods; defining the mission of HDH; developing a five-year vision; crafting organizational core values; establishing strategic goals and impactful initiatives; and developing a comprehensive strategic plan for the future of HDH. More than 3,000 ideas, suggestions and comments were gathered and analyzed, and over 40 stakeholder interviews were held as part of the process.

Our core values, mission and vision statements are intertwined to form the foundation of our strategic plan - the roadmap to the exciting future of HDH.
