Clarified repair process with WASH Laundry Systems, resulting in quicker response times to get repairs done.

Per our request, WASH performed a comprehensive equipment audit on campus and fixed or replaced all down equipment. They will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all down equipment is addressed in a timely fashion.

As a follow up to the issues that we experienced with WASH last spring, HDH Procurement is working with internal partners to continue to offer value adds for the students in the upcoming school year.

Wireless Internet

In response to increasing student demand, HDH is repurposing the existing hard-wired network resources and significantly upgrade the wireless coverage for residential communities on campus. Though there will no longer be wired connections in updated areas, the wireless environment will be dramatically improved.

The areas that have or will be updated fully by September 2018 are:

The Village

Wireless and switch upgrades were completed at Sixth and Warren last summer.

Upgrades were completed at Marshall last winter.

Mesa Nueva

The Rough Draft pub at Mesa Nueva will now offer entertainment on Friday nights.
