Terraces may be reserved in conjunction with your meeting room based on availability and weather. Additional fees will apply for lights, heaters, and umbrellas.
Eucalyptus Point is open seven days a week, except for University holidays.
Meeting set-up includes: One staff member, buffet floral arrangement, tables, chairs, white linens, china, screen, and wireless high speed Internet access.
Executive Meeting set up options: Notepad, pencil, mints, and a UCSD logo bottled water for an additional $3.50 per person.
Additional Equipment: Audiovisual equipment, i.e., flipchart, overhead projector, microphones, umbrellas, heaters, terrace lighting, belly bar tables, cocktail tables. All items can be ordered through outside vendors by your Sales/Event Manager.
Event Décor: UCSD Catering can provide event décor for your function including floral arrangements, specialty linens, and theme party decorations.
