Meeting Facilities
Each summer, UC San Diego offers an extensive range of meeting spaces and sporting facilities for your upcoming event. Conference Services can assist you in booking your space each summer when you are living here on campus. During the regular academic year, you may contact these facilities directly about the possibility of reserving a space.
Meeting Rooms on 15
Located atop one of UC San Diego's newest residential communities, Meeting Rooms on 15 is the ideal way to impress employees or guests without leaving the University. Located on the north end of campus overlooking Torrey Pines, the space offers expansive coastal and mountain views, a relaxed floor plan, flexible seating arrangements, and the latest in high-tech audio/visual equipment. The Great Hall can also be found at Eleanor Roosevelt College, but is a larger facility offering 4,214 sq. ft. of meeting space. Besides its breathtaking architectural design, it also has an adjacent patio facing the Pacific Ocean. Perfect for an elegant catered dinner or perhaps a casual barbeque. Birch Aquarium at Scripps is a unique venue that creates memorable events for corporate, academic, social, and fundraising organizations. With a capacity of up to 1,500, groups of any size are welcome. The tide-pool plaza provides a beautiful outdoor setting; the indoor Galleria is perfect for cocktail receptions, meetings, or dinners. Institute of the Americas (IOA) has a beautiful plaza overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and provides a warm and inviting Spanish-style retreat for your business, academic, or entertainment needs. IOA provides venues that can handle groups ranging in size from 80-300 people. During the regular academic year, please call them at 858.453.5560 or email them directly for reserving a space.

RIMAC (Recreation, IntraMural, Athletic Complex) is a nearly 200,000 sq. ft. facility ready to handle almost any athletic requirement that your Conference might need. Featuring a 12,000 sq. ft. Dining Facilities
Café Ventanas (Summer only)
A gorgeous, modern space with high ceilings and a bright, open feel. Features a large patio overlooking a grassy field. A great spot for meetings, receptions, or dinners; conveniently located near the Rady School of Business and RIMAC.

Yosemite Room

HDH Administration Building
Barrett Room #402
The Barrett Room, located on the Revelle Campus on the 4th floor of the HDH Administration Building, is the perfect setting for professional meetings or formal receptions, and is available free of charge to the UCSD community and its affiliates.
Amenities include ocean views with floor to ceiling windows, sliding glass doors that open to a covered patio with outdoor furniture, tables and chairs that can be arranged in multiple layouts, a drop-down projector from the ceiling, large projector screen, DVD player, VGA connection, interactive dry-erase board, teleconferencing, wireless internet connection, guest laptops, and cork boards.
All food and beverages served must be ordered through UCSD Catering with a minimum of a $75 purchase.

Jones Room #301
The Jones Room, located on the Revelle College campus on the 3rd floor of the HDH Administration Building, affords a great space for professional meetings. The room is available free of charge to the UCSD community and its affiliates.
Amenities include ocean views with floor to ceiling windows, one large circular conference table for up to 10 guests, flat-screen monitor, VGA connection, interactive dry-erase board, teleconferencing, wireless internet connection, guest laptops, and cork boards.
All food and beverages served must be ordered through UCSD Catering with a minimum of a $75 purchase.
