Conference attendees have the option of eating at any of the campus Dining Services restaurants, which offer an all-you-care-to-eat experience during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Offerings range from fresh baked goods and sliced fruits to grilled items, salads, sandwiches, and rotisserie specials.

Each Conference location will also feature it’s own C-Store, a market in which to pick up additional snacks, coffee, or retail items.

For a more distinguished dining experience, your conference can work with UC San Diego Catering to create a unique menu to reflect the mood and theme of your special event. Catering prepares fresh regional specialties with culinary expertise in state-of-the-art kitchens, including items such as Cedar-planked Salmon and Gorgonzola & Green Apple Bruschetta.
