UC San Diego Catering, initially established to meet the needs of the UC San Diego community, has exceeded the expectations of many to become one of the most sought after catering companies in San Diego. Our client base spans the entire campus, as well as our network of clients from Special Events, Protocol, Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and non-affiliates who attend events on campus and later request our services.
With over $3.5 million in annual sales, consistently positive feedback, and an ever-growing clientele, we are thrilled to be doing bigger and better business every year. On a typical day, we service 50+ orders, ranging from continental breakfast to a Chancellor dinner for 400 or a barbeque for 2,500. UCSD Catering also operates the Eucalyptus Point Conference Center, and with the opening of the Scripps and Great Hall facilities to the public, we also started a new weddings division. In addition to full service catering, we are branching out in other ways, and have started offering special classes in cooking, etiquette, and floral arrangement.
